About Gympillar
Gympillar is the software clubs that teach kids to move use to run their business: online registration, class schedules and capacity, invoices and payments, parent accounts and their own website. Our customers are gymnastics clubs, dance studios, martial arts schools, cheer programs and swim schools — mostly small, owner-run businesses where the person answering the phone is also the head coach.
The role
You will be the first person many club owners speak to at Gympillar, and the person existing clubs reach when they need a hand. Half of the job is outreach: calling clubs on our list, finding out how they run registration today, and booking or running a short demo. The other half is customer service: answering questions from studios already on the platform, walking them through a setup step, and passing on what they ask for so it shapes what we build next.
What you will do
- Call clubs from our sales book in the browser and follow up by email and text
- Learn how each club runs today and explain, plainly, where Gympillar would save them time
- Book demos into the calendar and run short screen-share walkthroughs
- Answer support questions from studio owners and their staff, and help them through setup
- Log every conversation, outcome and follow-up on the club's record so nothing is dropped
- Write up feature requests and problems clearly for the product team
What we are looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English, and a warm, unhurried phone manner
- Comfort making outbound calls and hearing "not right now" without losing your stride
- Experience in customer service, sales development, reception or a similar people-facing role
- Organised and reliable: you log what happened and you call back when you said you would
- Comfortable learning software and explaining it to people who are not technical
- A quiet place to work, a reliable internet connection, a computer and a headset
Nice to have
- Experience in or around youth sport, a gym, a dance studio or a martial arts school
- Experience with a CRM, a support inbox or SaaS onboarding
- French or Spanish
How it works
- Remote, working shifts during North American business hours
- Paid hourly for tracked shift time, on a regular pay schedule
- Training on the product, our clubs and how we sell before your first call
- Flexible hours to start, with room to grow into more of the week
