Book a demo
See it against your own timetable.
Twenty minutes. Bring your real classes and your hardest registration week, and you will get an honest answer about whether this fits your club.
The form is the way to reach us — it lands on the person who will run the demo, and it asks the two things that make the reply useful.
What the twenty minutes covers
Your timetable, not a sample one. The most useful demos start with the class a club finds hardest to run — the Saturday morning that always overfills, the season that never rolls forward cleanly — and end with whether it fits.
- Building one of your real classes, with its season, capacity and price, and watching the conflict check refuse to double-book a coach
- What a parent sees when that class is full, and how the waitlist promotes and emails the next family
- A deposit notification going through e-Transfer reconciliation, including the ones it deliberately refuses to match on its own
- What your club's own public site would look like on yourclub.gympillar.com or a domain you already own
- A number for what your club would pay, on the call rather than in a quote three days later
Who tends to book one
Clubs of roughly 100 to 600 registered athletes across one or two locations, currently run on a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and a paper register, and reconciling e-transfers by hand on a Sunday evening. If that is not your club, say so in the message and we will tell you honestly whether this is worth twenty minutes.
What to bring
Your timetable, and the registration week you remember least fondly. We set the club up in front of you, with your own classes in it, and walk through how families register, how the money arrives and how the waitlist fills a place — so you leave the call knowing whether it fits rather than guessing from a brochure.
