Most club software is built by people who have never had to phone a parent to say a spot expired, or reconcile forty deposits against a spreadsheet at ten at night. It shows — in the fields nobody needs, and the ones that are missing.

We started from the jobs a club actually does in a week and built only those, then kept going until each one was finished rather than demoable. The awkward parts got the most attention: what happens when a class is full, who is allowed to see a child's medical notes, and what a payment that arrives by e-Transfer does to an invoice.

Canadian, deliberately

Interac e-Transfer is how a large share of Canadian clubs are actually paid, and almost no club software treats it as a first-class way to be paid rather than an inconvenience. That is the piece we care most about getting right, and it is the reason we are honest that no software can pull an e-Transfer — only reconcile one.

The same instinct shows up in what we refuse to claim. This site carries no customer logos, no star rating and no count of clubs, because there is not yet a number worth quoting. The software's own website builder refuses to ship preset marketing copy for a related reason: every club writing the same sentences is what buries a whole network of sites in search.

Where it is

Your club's data lives in Canada. Your public site runs on your own address, and your card payments settle into your own account rather than passing through ours.

How support works

You talk to the people who wrote it. There is no tier one, and no ticket that gets escalated to somebody who has to read the code for the first time.
