Training options
Price a squad in hours a week and a rec class in lessons.
A competitive group that trains nine or twelve hours a week is priced in hours, because that is what its coaches say. The Tuesday recreational class is priced in lessons. Both sit on one timetable, and the seats are counted the same way.
Levels
A ladder for every athlete, set by a coach after an assessment.
Five numbered levels arrive with the club and are yours to rename. A coach sets an athlete's level, the date and the coach are recorded, and the family sees the level on their own account without seeing who decided it.
Registration
Families register on your site. Full classes waitlist themselves.
A parent picks the class, adds the children, signs your waivers and pays. When a place opens the next family is promoted and emailed, with the place held for them and the expiry stated plainly.
